patch

A patch is text and a graph at once: drag a wire between two chips and the Koda text changes to match, and the other way round.

Runs on:

  • Desktop (macOS, Linux, Windows)
  • Web (WASM + WebAudio) (partial)

A patch is shown as chips joined by wires. Drag from one chip's pin to another's and a wire appears; the same connection is written into the patch text at that moment, and the sound changes without stopping.

Edit the text instead and the graph redraws from it. There is one patch, not a drawing and a file kept in sync, which is why an edit in either place can be undone in the other.
